Malvina
Reynolds: Song Lyrics and Poems
Morrison Building, U.C.
Notes:
by Malvina Reynolds; copyright 1967 by the author. From page 86 of the
collection "Inscriptions on a Ginger Jar," printed in the songbook
The Muse of Parker Street.
Twinkles, tinkles, runs and
bloops,
Bits of themes and airs,
Drift around the library
And up and down the stairs.
New cut lasses, crew cut lads
Pass with pleasant stares--
Their heads are full of bloops and runs,
Twinkles, themes and airs.
